Couples' Workshops*

Opt for the 2 and a half day IMAGO workshops, which combine simple theory and practical exercises - all in a safe environment. You will receive consistent support and engage in deep exploration of your relationship challenges and shed light on your negative patterns.

The couples’ workshop is the equivalent of 3 to 6 months of counselling and is highly transformative. It is educational in nature and does not require sharing in the group. Confidentiality is key.

*IMAGO is a relational approach which can be used in all types of relationships. Workshops exist for parents and their grown-up sons or daughters, siblings and professionals wanting to improve communication.

Solo Workshops

This 2 and a half day workshop is a combination of simple theory and practical exercises and is designed to help you shed light on negative patterns that prevent you from having a satisfying relationship or if you simply wish to learn more about your inner workings and live a more conscious and fulfilling life.
